Wolfgang Schenk has been a Senior Advisor at Aquin since March 2026. Until his retirement at the end of 2025, he served as Vice President Business Development Industrial Automation at Belden, as well as Managing Director of Belden Deutschland GmbH and Hirschmann Automation and Control GmbH. Trained as a communications engineer, he joined Hirschmann in 1986 and has since played a key role in shaping developments in industrial networking, automation solutions, and IIoT. Most recently, he was responsible for all M&A activities across the group.
