Dr. Kurt Gerl

Dr. Kurt Gerl is a member of the supervisory board and has been a Senior Advisor at Aquin since 2009. As a former member of the management board at OSRAM GmbH, Dr. Gerl has extensive experience and insight into the global lighting and electrical engineering industry. As a member of the board at OSRAM, he was responsible for global sales, marketing and human resources. Prior to joining the management board at OSRAM, he was, among other things, responsible for the management of the general lighting division. Before moving to the lighting industry, Dr Kurt Gerl was the head of business planning for the “Small Household Appliances” business unit at Bosch Siemens Home Appliances GmbH. In addition to various supervisory and advisory boards, Dr. Gerl is a lecturer for an MBA course in general management at a distance learning college in Hamburg.
