Dr. Gunther Kegel has been a Senior Advisor at Aquin since 2025. The electrical engineer, who holds a doctorate from TU Darmstadt, joined Pepperl+Fuchs in 1990, led the company from 1996 to May 2025, and is now its chief representative. He has been president of ZVEI since October 2020 and vice president of BDI since November 2020. Dr. Kegel is also chairman of the exhibitor advisory board of Hannover Messe, a member of the DIN Presidium since 2021, and was president of VDE from 2016 to 2020.
